Our Vision & Mission

Creating a Better World for Cats

"Every cat deserves to be safe, healthy, and loved. Our mission is to make that a reality."

Founded in 2014, MeowSanctuary began as a small rescue operation run by a group of passionate cat lovers. Today, we've grown into one of Delhi's leading cat rescue and adoption centers, with a dedicated facility and a team of volunteers and staff committed to feline welfare.

Our mission is to rescue abandoned, abused, and stray cats, provide them with medical care and rehabilitation, and find them loving forever homes. We also work to educate the community about responsible pet ownership and the importance of spaying and neutering.

We envision a world where no cat is homeless, where every feline has access to care, and where people value and respect cats as the wonderful companions they are.

Our Journey

Milestones in our mission to help cats in need

2014

The Beginning

MeowSanctuary was founded by Dr. Priya Sharma and a small group of volunteers. Our first rescue was a litter of five kittens found abandoned in a cardboard box.

With growing support, we opened our first dedicated facility with space for 30 cats, a small clinic, and an adoption area.

2018

500th Adoption

We celebrated our 500th successful adoption! The milestone was marked by a special adoption event that found homes for 15 more cats in a single day.
